These Terms govern your use of Lumina Trips ("we", "us", "our"), available at luminatrips.com, operated by Lumina Solutions in the country of Georgia. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What Lumina Trips is (and is not)

Lumina Trips is an AI travel concierge and affiliate meta-search service. We help you discover flights, stays, eSIMs, insurance, transfers, car rental, tours, and other travel products, and we link you to third-party sellers.

  • We are not an online travel agency, airline, hotel, or tour operator.
  • We are not the merchant of record. We never take your payment. Every booking and payment happens on the third-party seller's own website, under their terms.
  • We earn affiliate commissions when you book through our links (see our Affiliate Disclosure), at no extra cost to you.

2. Third-party bookings

When you click through to a seller (airline, booking platform, insurer, operator, etc.), you contract directly with that seller, and their terms and privacy policy apply. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the seller's products, prices, availability, fulfillment, changes, cancellations, refunds, or customer service. Any dispute about a booking is between you and the seller.

3. The AI concierge — informational only

Our concierge provides informational suggestions to help you plan. Although it is designed not to invent fares, availability, airlines, or schedules, AI can still make mistakes, and prices and availability change constantly.

  • Prices and estimates shown outside the live search are estimates and may be out of date. Only the live flight search shows currently-bookable prices, and the final price is confirmed by the seller.
  • The concierge does not provide professional advice. Visa, entry, ETIAS, health, insurance-coverage, and legal/financial matters must be verified with the official source (embassy, government site, insurer). Do not rely solely on the concierge for these.
  • You are responsible for checking all details (dates, passport validity, baggage, entry requirements) before you book or travel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or automated abuse, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no unlawful use, and no submitting others' personal data without their consent.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, and software are owned by Lumina Solutions or its licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial trip planning. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

6. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a third-party booking, from reliance on the concierge's suggestions, or from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Lumina Solutions against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
